Terms and conditions and house rules

By making a reservation, each guest acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions and house rules of B&B L’Orée du Bois. These apply to the guest themselves and to all fellow travellers who are part of the stay.

B&B L’Orée du Bois mainly caters to a business clientele. To guarantee the peace and quality of the stay, the B&B is only accessible to guests aged 18 and over.

A. Cancellation policy

You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. 

You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel within 14 days of arrival. The same applies if you do not show up without notice. This will be charged to the credit card details provided at the time of booking.

B. Payment

Rooms are paid for in advance. Extras can be paid for on site by Visa, Mastercard or Bancontact.

C. Pets

Pets are not allowed.

D. Deposit

The guest's credit card details serve as a guarantee for:

payment of the room reservation
any damage to the room, furniture or other property of the B&B
additional costs such as minibar, meals, etc.

By making a reservation, the guest gives permission to use this information for the settlement of the above costs.

E. Check-in and check-out

Check-in: between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Check-out: before 11 a.m.

F. No smoking policy

B&B L’Orée du Bois is completely smoke-free. Violation of this smoking ban will result in a fixed charge of at least €500 for cleaning and repairing the room. Smoking is only permitted on the outdoor terrace, where an ashtray is provided.

G. Use of the kitchen

Guests may use the kitchen to heat up meals.

H. Prices

All prices quoted include VAT and exclude tourist taxes.

I. Garden and swimming pool

The garden, the adjacent forest and the swimming pool are accessible to guests, but their use is at your own risk.

J. Liability

The operator of B&B L'Orée du Bois, Qsolution BV (registered office in Bierges, VAT BE 0807.554.395), is not liable for material or physical damage suffered by the guest or their fellow travellers if this damage results from their own fault or negligence. Guests must behave in a responsible manner and are liable for any damage to the B&B, the garden or other guests.

K. Applicable law and competent court

All agreements are governed exclusively by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, only the local courts shall have jurisdiction.
